Rates and payment policies
Payment for session is due at the time of service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are charged full rate. Should you need to move your appointment time, there will be no charge for moving to another available slot within that work week.
To reserve a 4-hour Relationship Rescue Session, a 50% ($340) deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
Payment methods
Cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Insurance policy
Counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if you have mental health benefits and if pre-authorization is required.
I am an out-of-network provider on all plans. Please bring your current insurance information to your appointment. I am happy to submit a claim form to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Full payment is collected at the time of service. Your insurance carrier will be instructed to send any reimbursements due to you directly. Any issues regarding insurance reimbursement are between you and your insurance carrier.

In our increasingly connected world, many of my clients are interested in therapeutic services that take advantage of technology to better fit into their busy lives. I am happy to arrange special pricing and packages for clients who require more flexibility and accessibility than a one-hour office session.

- Skype sessions
- Short phone sessions
- E-mail exchanges
- Text message access
- Off-site coaching sessions
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the session.
